My name is Evelyn Garard. I am a junior at Purdue, majoring in interior design, and minoring in art history and construction graphics. My favorite part about the field of interior design is the opportunity we have as designers to make the world a better place. People spend so much of their day inside; we can make that space functional, comforting, safe, and healthy. And we are the only ones who can! As for my future, I hope to become a licensed designer that adds beauty and joy to the world. Outside of interior design, I enjoy the outdoors, exercising, crafting, and being silly with my friends. I have three plants, my favorite movie is Princess Bride, and I currently make sandwiches for a living.
